Asia finishes higher, Europe solid, U.S. futures positive

Futures: S&P: +5.4 Dow: +44 Nas: +8.2

S&P: -2.7 Dow: -27 Nas: -8.0

Asian markets, save Shanghai, finished moderately higher overnight after slight pullbacks from robust opens. European indices are uniformly green this morning an average of 1.5-2%.
Commodities are largely unchanged.
